About us
The Academic Establishments Division handle all human resource matters pertaining to the Academic, Administrative, Academic Support and Technical Officers whose salary code are U-EX 1 (II) and above. The division is responsible for recruitment, promotion leave administration and as a whole the administration of the personal records of the aforesaid categories of staff.
The division also assists the University Council in the development, maintenance and interpretation of human resources management procedures in accordance with the Establishments code and rules and regulations of the University Grants Commission and the administrative policies of the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.
