Wayamba Journal of Management (WJM) is a journal with a double-blind peer review and published biannually by the Department of Business Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. The Journal is committed for upholding the integrity of the academic record. WJM invites authors to submit their high-quality research articles that advances the management and other management related disciplines. Research articles accepted by the Editorial Board will be published in the upcoming Edition of WJM in Volume 12, Issue 2 (December – 2021).
